Abandoned Dog Minerva Finds Hope as She Seeks a New Home

Recently, the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) found a heart-wrenching scene at its Philadelphia headquarters. A dog, later named Minerva, was left tied to a pole overnight, accompanied by a heartbreaking note. The note described her as a "Cane Corso-pit mastiff," born on 12-15-23, and referred to her as a "Good Puppy" who was housebroken but didn't have a name.
