Inventors have come forward accusing family-owned companies, Telebrands and Ontel, of unlawfully profiting from their original creations through the sale of knock-off products labeled as "As Seen On TV." Lawsuits have been filed against the companies over the past 30 years, highlighting the battle for intellectual property rights. Inventors Juliette Fassett and Josh Malone shared their experiences, claiming their creations, "Flippy" and "Bunch O Balloons" respectively, were replicated and sold without permission. Though some cases have been resolved through settlements, inventors express frustration and a sense of being robbed. Telebrands and Ontel have yet to comment.
