policy matters even after leaving the Oval Office in January. In a recent appearance on ABC's "The View," Biden conveyed his intention to remain active in shaping policy initiatives moving forward.
Following his departure from the White House, Biden revealed plans to engage with the University of Delaware's Biden Institute for domestic policy and the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington, D.C. Both programs were established after his tenure as vice president in 2016.

And I think we'll get it done."
Focus on Foreign Policy Challenges
Throughout his presidency, Biden has faced numerous historical foreign policy challenges, including the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the Israel-Hamas war. The quest for a cease-fire agreement in the Middle East remains elusive, nearly one year after Hamas launched an attack on Israel on October 7, 2022. Additionally, the crisis in the Middle East has expanded, with Israel's military hinting at potential ground operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
The United States is urging Israel to prioritize diplomatic resolutions rather than escalating the conflict with Hezbollah. Biden has also publicly expressed his differences in opinion with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the handling of the crisis in Gaza, reiterating the necessity of pursuing a two-state solution to address the ongoing conflict.
Reflections on Presidential Legacy
In his conversation with "The View," Biden shared that he is less concerned about his lasting legacy following his presidency. He emphasized his commitment to continuing his work with the Biden Institute on foreign policy and the Biden Institute in Delaware on domestic policy, underscoring the importance of sustaining the initiatives he has championed during his tenure.
