Legal Consequences for Suspect
In connection with this heinous act, Jan Johnson of Clements was arrested and subsequently booked into the San Joaquin County jail. She is now facing multiple charges, including cruelty to an animal, threatening a public official, criminal threats, and possession of a short-barrel shotgun.
