Car Explosion on Amsterdam's Dam Square, Driver Suspected

Images circulating on social media show a man with burning clothes near a small red car engulfed in flames. Police are seen extinguishing the flames on the visibly wounded man before taking him into custody.

This incident comes just a week after a stabbing rampage near Dam Square that injured five people. Police have identified the suspect in that incident as a 30-year-old Ukrainian national from the eastern Donetsk region. Prosecutors allege that the individual had terrorist intent.
