CJNG Blames Los Zetas for Violence in Tabasco; Sends a Message to the Mexican Government

Suspected Accusations and Threats
Suspected members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) have accused former members of Los Zetas of the ongoing violence in the state of Tabasco and have sent a message to the Fourth Transformation (4T). In a video circulating on social media, armed civilians who identify themselves as part of the Los Cuinis group, affiliated with "El Mencho's" brother-in-law (Abigael González Valencia), are seen threatening the criminal group La Barredora.
The Message and Identifications
"This message is for you, Daniel Hernández Montejo, alias El H or Prada, the main leader of La Barredora. You think you're very clever because, according to you, you have bought off all the authorities and their members, many of whom are former Zetas," one of the armed and hooded men says. According to the individual, the main perpetrators of violence (former employees of Antonio Guizar) in the state are: Baluo, El Mudo; Kevin Iniesta alias El Poli; Luna alias El Guason or El 50; Chelo Gordo, Chucky.
Clarity of Support
"Let it be clear that the CJNG does not support kidnappers, thieves, rapists, extortionists, and Zetas. Come out and face us and stop harming the citizens, burning their cars," says the individual whose cap bears the initials of the criminal organization.
Background Information
Antonio Guizar Valencia, assassinated in 2005, was the brother of José María Guizar Valencia, the Z43, who controlled the cocaine trade in southern Mexico and the border with Guatemala. The Z43, for whom the United States Department of State offered a reward of up to 5 million dollars, was captured in 2018.
CJNG's Message to the Mexican Government
The alleged CJNG members stated in the video that the war is not against the government led by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, but against the perpetrators of violence. "Mr. President, this war is not against your government, it is against these scoundrels who have terrorized your state," they said.
