Delhi to San Francisco Air India Flight Makes Precautionary Landing in Siberia

An Air India flight from Delhi to San Francisco was forced to make an emergency landing in Siberia due to a cargo hold issue, the airline reported. The Boeing 777 landed safely at Krasnoyarsk International Airport with 225 passengers and 19 crew members. The airline is arranging a replacement flight. No comments were immediately available from the airport, Boeing, or the U.S. State Department. Last June, another Air India flight on the same route was delayed in Russia.
