Eubank Man Charged with Murder After Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Pulaski County

A 63-year-old man from Eubank has been charged with murder following a tragic collision that occurred on Saturday night, resulting in the death of a motorcycle driver and serious injuries to a passenger. Larry Stull has been charged by the Kentucky State Police with murder and driving with a DUI suspended license after his 2015 Nissan Altima allegedly crashed into a 2005 Kawaski motorcycle driven by Chester L. Dick, 63, of Somerset.

The incident took place on US 27 near Floyd Switch Estesburg Road in Pulaski County at approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday. According to an initial investigation, Stull was traveling north on US 27 when he struck the motorcycle, which resulted in the ejection of both the driver and passenger.

Chester L. Dick succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while his passenger, Lori Lisle, sustained serious physical injuries and was subsequently transported to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital by Pulaski County EMS.Eyewitness accounts suggest that alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the collision, prompting the authorities to launch an investigation.

Stull is currently being held at the Pulaski County Detention Center, with his first court appearance scheduled for Monday. The investigation is being led by KSP Post 11.
