On Wednesday, Polish prosecutors revealed that a European arrest warrant has been issued for a Ukrainian individual suspected of involvement in the sabotage of the Nord Stream pipeline almost two years ago.

The Nord Stream pipelines, crucial for transporting Russian gas to Europe, were sabotaged in September 2022. This incident has become a pivotal enigma in the ongoing war in Ukraine, triggering a whirlwind of speculations and accusations.
The Suspect and Arrest Warrant Details
The Polish prosecutor's office disclosed that the arrest warrant, issued by Germany, was received in June for a suspect residing in Poland at that time. The individual, referred to as Volodymyr Z. in accordance with German privacy laws, evaded apprehension prior to his departure from the country, as stated by Anna Adamiak, spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office in Warsaw.
