Fatal Shooting at Underground Bar in Philadelphia

Authorities have arrested Albert Shell Jr., a suspect involved in a deadly shooting at Paddock Mall from Dec. 23, 2023. The incident involved an overnight shooting at an underground bar in Philadelphia, leaving two individuals dead and four others injured. Upon responding to a report of a person with a gun inside a residence that was operating as an illegal bar, the police found a 53-year-old man dead from a gunshot wound to the face. Additionally, a 41-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital. Furthermore, a 42-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the hand and three other victims, including two women and a man, sustained injuries from the shooting. The police have not yet made any arrests and continue to investigate the incident. The establishment where the shooting occurred is believed to have been operating as an unlicensed bar. The authorities have not disclosed the identities of the victims at this time.
