Florida Man Shoots Repossession Agent During Altercation

A repossession agent in Florida was shot multiple times as he attempted to pick up a vehicle from a driveway, the Port St. Lucie Police Department reported.

The altercation with the agent

The 28-year-old agent arrived at the residence to repossess a vehicle when the homeowner, 59-year-old Omar Sueque, confronted him.

A video recorded by a neighbor showed Sueque engaging in a physical altercation with the agent, ultimately resulting in the agent being shot multiple times through the driver’s side door window.

The victim was airlifted to the hospital and is expected to survive, whereas Sueque was charged with attempted homicide and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
