Florida Woman Alleges Rape by Real Estate Agent Oren Alexander in 2014
A Florida woman alleges Oren Alexander raped her in 2014 at the Versace Mansion, despite his denials and lack of physical evidence.

A decade-old allegation of sexual assault against embattled real estate agent Oren Alexander has resurfaced, casting a new shadow over the already controversial case involving him and his brothers. Maria Suska, who came forward in an interview with Good Morning America, claims that Alexander raped her inside the Versace Mansion in Miami in 2014.
A Decade of Silence Broken
Suska detailed her harrowing experience, alleging that Alexander forcibly raped her inside a watchtower at the mansion while she was attending a dinner with him. She recounted how he ignored her pleas to stop, escalating his violence as she repeatedly shouted “stop.” Suska further alleged that after the assault, Alexander nonchalantly remarked, “Oh, that was good,” demonstrating a chilling lack of remorse.
Connecting on Facebook, A Dinner, and a Trip to the Mansion
Suska's account began with an initial connection with Alexander through Facebook in 2014. She agreed to go on a date after exchanging messages with him. However, Suska described feeling uncomfortable during the dinner, noting the awkward atmosphere and lack of interaction among the guests. According to Suska, Alexander then invited her to a private party at the Versace Mansion after the group finished dinner. Upon arrival, her cellphone was taken by security guards, effectively isolating her.
The Alleged Assault in the Watchtower
Suska alleges that Alexander subsequently led her to a watchtower, ostensibly to admire the view, where he attacked her. She told GMA that this was when the assault occurred. While Miami Beach Police documented that Suska did not report any physical injuries during the incident, the department did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
Alexander's Defense and the Ongoing Legal Battle
Attorneys representing Alexander have vehemently denied Suska's allegations, emphasizing the absence of physical evidence to support her claim. They point out that no police were called at the time of the alleged assault, nor was any medical attention sought. Furthermore, they highlight friendly communications between Suska and Alexander several years after the alleged event as evidence contradicting her claims.
Currently, Oren Alexander, along with his brothers Alon and Tal, faces federal and state charges related to drugging, sexually assaulting, and raping dozens of women across multiple states. They have pleaded not guilty to these charges and are currently in federal custody in New York.
A New Voice Amidst Existing Legal Proceedings
Due to the statute of limitations, Suska is not included among the five dozen women who have filed civil lawsuits against the brothers. However, her decision to speak out after years of silence reflects a growing number of voices seeking justice and accountability in this high-profile case.
Suska's statement underscores a desire for recognition and validation, emphasizing that she is not pursuing legal action for financial gain but rather to have her voice heard and contribute to the ongoing pursuit of truth and justice. The legal battle surrounding the Alexander brothers continues, with Suska's allegations adding another layer of complexity and raising further questions about their conduct.
