Heroic Maine Town Manager Sacrifices Life to Save Son in Icy Pond Tragedy

The town of Carmel, Maine, is mourning the loss of a true hero. Kevin Howell, the 51-year-old town manager, tragically lost his life while attempting to save his 4-year-old son after they both fell through the ice of Etna Pond during a morning walk.
