Roles such as assistant manager in customer service, hairstylist, master plumber, automotive body repairer, job coach, audio/visual technician, animator, fitness coach, roofer, and general manager experienced substantial wage increments. Factors contributing to these increases included labor shortages, a surge in demand for services, and changes in consumer behavior.
Professions such as job coach and audio/visual technician saw wage growth due to evolving market dynamics, while the demand for fitness coaches and roofers escalated as individuals sought to improve their health and homes. Additionally, the shortage of general managers with diverse management skills contributed to their increased earning potential.
The analysis indicated that these roles witnessed salary hikes far above the national average, providing insight into the evolving job market landscape.
