London's Iconic BT Tower Sold for £275 Million to MCR Hotels

BT has agreed to sell the iconic BT Tower in London to developer MCR Hotels for £275 million. Once an important piece of network infrastructure, the tower opened as the Post Office tower in 1965. MCR Hotels plans to preserve it and develop it into an iconic hotel. CEO Tyler Morse stated that the group will work on proposals to tell its story.
