Michigan Industrial Fire Sparks Hundreds of Explosions, Sending Debris Flying and Killing 1
Michigan industrial fire sparked explosions, killing one, and injuring a firefighter. The owner faced charges for attempting to flee the country.

In the aftermath of a devastating explosion at a Michigan company, Noor Noel Kestou, the 31-year-old owner, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter following the tragic incident that claimed the life of a 19-year-old individual.
The Clinton Township Police Department disclosed that Kestou made an attempt to leave the U.S. with a one-way ticket to Hong Kong. Authorities apprehended him after being alerted to his escape endeavor.
Illegal Materials and Tragic Consequences
The explosion, which occurred on March 4th, resulted in the unauthorized dispersal of nitrous oxide and butane cans over a one-mile radius. Shockingly, one of the canisters caused the death of 19-year-old Turner Lee Salter, who was a quarter of a mile away from the building.
Legal Actions and Bond Conditions
Kestou has been charged with involuntary manslaughter as the highest possible charge based on current evidence. His bail has been set at $500,000, with the condition of cash payment only. Additionally, he is required to wear a GPS tether, surrender his passport and any weapons, and is prohibited from leaving the state.
The cause of the fire and explosion is still under investigation, with authorities finding it challenging to ascertain the direct cause given the intensity of the explosion. While it is yet to be conclusively determined, human involvement has not been ruled out at this point. Efforts to obtain a statement from Kestou's attorney are ongoing, as the legal proceedings continue in the wake of this tragic event.
