Navy sailor disciplined for unauthorized attempt to access President Biden's medical records. Incident occurred on Feb. 23 in Northern Virginia. Biden faces health questions after June 27 debate.

A Navy sailor faced disciplinary action after attempting to access President Biden's restricted medical records without authorization earlier in the year. The incident occurred on February 23 and was confirmed by Cmdr. Tim Hawkins, a Navy spokesman.
The sailor, affiliated with the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command at Fort Belvoir in Northern Virginia, conducted three searches for "Joseph Biden" within a few hours, citing "curiosity" as the motive. Despite the unsuccessful attempt, the Navy took disciplinary measures in response to the breach.
The disciplinary action came to light when it was reported by ABC News. Meanwhile, President Biden, aged 81, has been under scrutiny for his health and mental acuity since his performance in the June 27 debate, leading to calls from some Democrats to end his re-election bid.
