In the footage, the woman can be seen scaling the fence and reaching out towards the tiger, provoking the wild animal. The Cohanzick Zoo has a posted sign at the tiger enclosure, warning visitors against climbing over the fence. The sign reads, "Do not climb over the fence. Climbing over any zoo fence is against city ordinance 247-C."
