Nikki Haley Announces Support for Trump in First Post-Presidential Bid Appearance
Nikki Haley, ex-UN ambassador, publicly voices support for Trump, criticizing Biden's foreign policy and endorsing former President for upcoming election.

Former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley made her first public appearance since dropping her Republican presidential bid in March. On Wednesday, she announced that she would be voting for former President Donald J. Trump, although stopping short of an official endorsement.
Speaking at the Hudson Institute in Washington, a conservative think tank, Ms. Haley delivered a scathing critique of President Biden and Republicans on foreign policy. During her speech, she emphasized the importance of having a president who would support allies, confront enemies, secure the nation’s borders, and address the national debt.
Discussion about Trump
During a fireside chat, the moderator, Peter Rough, asked Ms. Haley who she believed would do a better job in the White House. Ms. Haley carefully expressed that while Trump has not been perfect on these policies, she believed that Biden's performance has been catastrophic. As a result, she stated, “I will be voting for Trump.”
Nikki Haley's public announcement of her intention to vote for Donald J. Trump has sparked discussions within the Republican party about the upcoming elections.
