On the early hours of Thursday, Travis Scott, the renowned rapper, found himself in trouble in Miami Beach, Fla. The incident took place at a marina, where he was causing a disturbance on a docked yacht. According to a police report, Mr. Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on charges of trespassing and disorderly intoxication after the police were called to the marina due to reports of a fight on the vessel.
Although he was later released on bond, Mr. Scott had to pay a total of $650 for both charges. The local news reported on the incident, bringing attention to the altercation that led to his arrest.
Confrontation with Officers
When the officers arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Scott yelling at passengers on the ship. The police report mentioned that a strong smell of alcohol was detected on his breath. Despite the officers' warnings to leave the premises, Mr. Scott defied their orders and was eventually taken into custody after trying to return to the yacht.
