Russia arrests dual U.S.-Russian national from Los Angeles for suspicion of treason

The FSB stated that the woman had been collecting funds and supporting the Ukrainian army while in the United States. This arrest is part of a series of detentions of U.S. nationals in Russia, including journalist Alsu Kurmasheva and former Marine Paul Whelan. Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed interest in negotiating a prisoner exchange with the United States.
