Russian official signals potential future attempt to capture Kyiv, says it should probably happen if not now

A top Russian official has suggested that Russia could launch another assault on Kyiv after a failed attempt early in the war. Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, indicated that Russia continues to harbor ambitions to conquer the whole of Ukraine.
