Suspected Child Sex Offender Featured on America’s Most Wanted Arrested in Florida

A suspected child sex offender, Davie Albarran, 51, was apprehended in Florida after being featured on "America’s Most Wanted." Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd revealed that Albarran was captured in Lakeland on Sunday night and was wanted for sexual battery and lewd conduct with a child under 12 in Osceola County. Additionally, he faced accusations of failing to pay child support in Orange County. Albarran's capture followed a nationwide search initiated by "America’s Most Wanted" in December 2022. His daughter, Ana, had urged the public to report any sightings of him, and upon his arrest, he provided deputies with a false name, Jose.
