Stolen Vehicle and Recovered Firearm

The 2022 Kia Soul had been reported stolen earlier that week. Following a search of the vehicle, officers located a gun inside, which had also been reported as stolen. The 18-year-old was found with an outstanding warrant and was promptly taken into custody. Furthermore, one of the 16-year-old boys confessed to stealing the Kia near Mercyhurst University a few days prior. This individual now faces charges, including theft and receiving stolen property, under a juvenile allegation, as stated by Lorah.
