Teenager arrested for allegedly shooting parents in Texas

A teenager in Conroe, Texas, is facing charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly shooting his parents at their home. 

The tragic incident

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office responded to a call for help and found 41-year-old Leroy Constantine Jr. dead at the scene, while the teen's mother sustained gunshot wounds but was expected to survive. The 17-year-old turned himself in at the sheriff's office, and it is reported that his parents did not own any firearms. The teenager, whose identity has not been released, is now in custody with a bond set at $250,000. This tragic incident has left the community in shock and raised questions about the circumstances leading to the shooting.
