Recognizing the unique challenges faced by members of the U.S. military upon their return to civilian life, an innovative program in Fort Worth, Texas, aims to guide veterans towards rehabilitation when they find themselves involved in legal issues. Operating every third Thursday at the Tarrant County Courthouse, the Veterans Treatment Court offers an alternative approach to incarceration and instead promotes a pathway to recovery.
