United Airlines Flight Bound for Paris Diverted to Denver
On Thursday evening, a United Airlines flight travelling from San Francisco to Paris was diverted to Denver due to an engine issue. The aircraft, a Boeing 777-200, was redirected to Denver International Airport after the crew reported the problem with one of the engines. Despite the issue, the plane landed safely, and emergency services, although prepared, were ultimately not required.
Altered Flight Path
Flight data indicated that the plane, initially heading north over the Canadian border, made a southward turn and proceeded to Denver. The 273 passengers and dozen crew members on board were able to disembark the aircraft in a standard manner. United Airlines has stated that it is actively assisting the passengers in arranging alternative flight options for the following day.
United Airlines has reported that it is working with our customers to provide them with flight options on Friday.
