Woman and daughters injured in london chemical attack, suspect still at large

London authorities are conducting a nationwide search for Abdul Ezedi, a suspect at large, following a chemical attack in the city that left a woman and her two daughters injured.
Current condition of the victims
Metropolitan Police Commander Jon Savell stated that the woman is in critical condition, and her children, initially thought to be seriously injured, are now in a stable condition. Savell appealed to the public for assistance in capturing Ezedi, who suffered significant facial injuries.
Ezedi's background and asylum Status
Reports indicate that Ezedi, an Afghan refugee, was granted asylum in the U.K. despite a prior sex offense conviction in 2018. His asylum application was initially rejected, but he later claimed religious persecution in Afghanistan and was allowed to remain in the U.K.
Police operation and search warrants
Police have deployed a large team of detectives and executed search warrants in east London and Newcastle, Ezedi's hometown, as part of the manhunt.
