In a shocking incident a woman was brutally attacked while walking down the street in Crown Heights The victim 57yearold Dulce Pichardo suffered a broken jaw in the unprovoked assault that took place at Grand Avenue and Dean Street in broad daylight on Tuesday

Fortunately Pichardos brother who owns a nearby restaurant was able to apprehend the assailant identified as 33yearold Franz Jeudy Jeudy was subsequently arrested and charged with assault by the police
