On May 11, 2024, three anti-Israel agitators were arrested in Florida after obstructing traffic on Interstate 4 near Walt Disney World. The individuals, identified as Isabella Giannosa, My Truong, and Jenni Nguyen, were detained by Florida police and charged with misdemeanor refusal to obey a police officer.

The trio was found holding "Free Palestine" signs, causing a disruption in the westbound lanes of Interstate 4 at Exit 67. Video footage captured the women wearing facial coverings and displaying pro-Palestinian banners amid the traffic near Disney Springs, with one banner featuring a Mickey Mouse emblem and the other bearing the message "Lookup NAKBA 1948."
Arrest and Consequences
Following their arrest, the individuals were taken to the Orange County Jail. Additionally, two vehicles parked on the ramp to the interstate were towed away from the scene by authorities. The incident occurred in the wake of a demonstration at Lake Eola Park, where approximately 1,200 individuals had gathered to protest, resulting in two arrests related to battery on a law enforcement officer.
Police Response
The Florida Highway Patrol and Orlando Police Department responded to the scene, where they encountered escalating tensions as drivers honked their horns and maneuvered through the grass to navigate around the protesters. Subsequently, officers had to disperse a disruptive group in the crowd at Lake Eola Park using chemical agents, while emphasizing that most demonstrators were peaceful.
