Attack on Alabuga Special Economic Zone

Reports confirmed that a dormitory within the Alabuga Special Economic Zone was targeted by two drones, causing injuries to at least seven individuals. The incident has sparked concerns over security within the region.

Russian Electronic Warfare Defences

Russian media outlets disclosed that electronic warfare defences successfully intercepted a Ukrainian drone in the vicinity of the Taneco refinery, a major facility operated by Tatneft in Nizhnekamsk. This refinery boasts a substantial production capacity of approximately 360,000 barrels per day, positioning it as one of Russia's largest refineries.

The Taneco refinery, located more than 1,300 km (800 miles) away from the Ukrainian front lines, holds strategic significance amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions.
